Park Ride - The Comet Roller Coaster
Sold as a 'Operational' model by CoasterDynamix, the Comet Roller Coaster was
HIGHLY modified for Greenbrier Raceway Park.
Plastic rails were overlayed with spring steel metal rails for less wheel resistance.
The 3 car coaster (single unit) was replaced by 3 scratch build individual cars.
Mechanical / magnetic breaks and stops were installed for control.
As one car makes its run, the other 2 sit in the loading area.
As the first car completes its run, it 'bumps' the next in line to go.
